Transfer Aborted Instance not found

I’ve been getting this error message on and off all afternoon, sometimes I can’t even fly outside of Valdrakken without getting ported back. It started after I ran the holiday dungeon then tried to go to zaralek but got stuck in the tunnel at a rock wall. I have restarted my router and computer, turned off all addons, and restarted the game multiple times. I was able to run a TW dungeon on another character then got booted out of the game when it was over as it wouldn’t let me leave the dungeon. Is there anything else I can try or is there an issue with the instance server?

The only thing I would suggest as a non wow tech is to click on the Options cogwheel next to the play button on the Bnet login page and try a " scan and repair"

I think that might have worked, did the repair last night and so far been through multiple ports/zones and no error, thanks!
