I made a few attempts to utilize the portal in Korthia to head back to Oribos but experienced a freeze up with the ‘Transfer Aborted: instance not found’ notification.
The same occurred with the Cloak of Coordination so I tried my hearthstone(which worked) which was set to Dalaran(Legion version). I did arrive to Dalaran, but the portal to Orgrimmar prompted the same errors for several attempts before it allowed me to port to Ogrimmar.
I’m not trying to access Oribos from Orgrimmar and am suffering the same ‘Transfer Aborted: instance not found’ notification.
I rebooted, closed all additional apps and am going to hopefully make it to Oribos after attempting the same process I did to access Orgrimmar.

- Start Wow
After trying 3 times from Orgrimmar I did finally make it to Oribos!
In short, if you’re trying to get anywhere via a portal it will work, but it takes a few times. Is this a bug? Maybe, maybe not. It could just be a feature we suffer while all the new content settles.

Same thing with teleport or portals trying to get back to anywhere on Azeroth.
It seems like the entirety of the Eastern Kingdoms is down. My character got stuck trying to fly back to Stormwind manually from the Eastern Plaguelands. Now I’m unable to log in to my demon hunter who is already in Stormwind. Think the servers need to go down for maintenance again.

Same issue when trying to leave the Forbidden Reach for Durotar. Oof. Now I’m trapped.
Getting the same error on Stormrage. Tried flying to Badlands to the invasion, but got teleported back to Stormwind. Now SW has no NPCs, and I keep teleporting back to the same spot with the same error message over and over. Can’t even log out.
On Stormrage as well. I was able to leave the Shadowlands with my garrison hearthstone to Draenor, and my “Darnassus” teleport has put me in somewhere in the void stuck on and endless load cycle with my screen briefly flashing every so often where I can see myself falling through said void.
Same issue trying to go to Korthia. I cannot get to Korthia through my Shadowlands wormhole or through the portal in Oribos. Plus, I did the stuck character service, and it has apparently put me somewhere in Korthia so now I can’t even log in! My game just gets stuck on the loading page and won’t do anything.
Same, tried from several characters, turnign off add ons helped but it’s buggy as hell
I’m seeing the same thing with Neltharion’s Lair. Trying to complete the War quest for the horde in there and it can’t find the instance. Also tried just directly entering the dungeon. Same issue. Transfer Aborted: Instance not found
Mount flying across zones gives the same error message and resets the toon to a previous zone. I’ve encountered this in both Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. Unfortunately, the instance it resets me to is an empty world with no npc’s or players.
First, i tried flying from Azshara to the Primal event in N Barrens. I got there, but there was no event. I got reset to Ashenvale and flew back. The event was there. After playing there for a bit and experiencing incredibly bad lag, i decided to fly to N’Goro for the event there. After 20 minutes of this error, being reset to previous zones and not finding the event when i finally got to the crater, i gave up. I had to kill the game and reboot before i could hearth to Stormwind. I then tried to fly to Blasted Lands for a Kazzak kill, but kept getting reset to Elwyn Forest. I’m still trying to get back to the real game from that fiasco.
After i kill the game (alt+f4) and log back in, the game tells me the character is already in game, but on the select screen it doesn’t show where the toon is. I guess it takes a couple minutes for the game to realize the toon is no longer logged in. Eventually, it discovers where the toon is stationed and lets me log in again.

This is probably the most broken I’ve seen this game since WoD. Can’t do anything anywhere now.
Not one portal is working, I can move around with my natures beacon but portals are a no go
At the end of the Dracthyr starting zone, it tried to zone me into Org and got the Transfer Aborted message. Tried Hearthing too and the same thing.
Finally managed to teleport to Darkshore, then Theremore, and took a ship to Menethil Harbor and then flew to Stormwind.
I’m to the point of being unable to log in anywhere, at all.
Just want to add I’ve been having instance transfer aborted issues for at least a couple weeks now. I was leveling a dark iron dwarf paladin and got the message every time I tried using the paladin class hall portal in Dalaran. By the end of leveling, I couldn’t even hearth to the regular innkeeper at light’s hope and was having to take a flightpath from Stormwind or Ironforge to get there.
Today I tried flying from Oribos to Bastion and had a similar issue. I was convinced it was just me having issues with my addons since I haven’t seen anyone else talk about the issue until today.
