Transfer aborted instance not found in in old world.. on sw and elwyn is fine

can’t hearth out of SW. flew to wildhammer and got booted out of burning stepps. no npxs no mobs… ran to redridge. still no mobs no npc. when i got to elwyn all is normal again. chat box kept spamming transfer aborted, instance not found…
