Transfer Aborted: Instance Not Found during Call of the Primus quest

Hey, wondering if anyone has any idea how to fix this. I’ve restarted my computer, drivers are updated, logged into my modem to make sure nothing is wonky/set up strangely. I’ve very fast connection and definitely not having issues on my end (even contacted my ISP to check).

I’m only having this issue trying to do the quest “Call of the Primus” to go to Zereth Mortis. I don’t want to do the skip since I want the gear/rep/renown, but each time I try to do the quest, I’m stuck in an infinite load screen and eventually sent back to Oribos with an error ‘You are not in a raid party’ followed by the transfer aborted error.

Any ideas or is this still a Blizz server being down issue as was the case before with this error?

If it helps, I’m in Canada, with Rogers as my ISP (I know, I know…).

I took my Evoker back to see what covenants, conduits, torghast, and legendaries will offer. I did the prerequisites, finished chapter 2 of the campaign but I also have this issue of instance aborted, I can’t take my evoker to Zerith… I just wanted to test what I CAN do between 15 Nov - 28 Nov.
