Trans Women ARE Women

Why is she the baseline

I know its not complex, my point is people are making it deliberately complex when it doesnt have to be in order to call people the worst terms they can think of. Like sexist, transphobe or anything else. It happened to me in this very thread.

It shouldnt be hard to define those terms, male and female. Even in the context of male sex or male gender, male means something… what does that mean?

Maybe learn the intent of a quote in a time and place where religious piety was honored? Unlike today? That’s what I mean about non Christians not having a single clue about how to understand the Bible.

It’s literally been defined to you several times.

Reading is hard but I believe in you

“Biological male or female”, that has nothing to do with what gender identify with… there is different words for both scenarios.

And the answer depends on context. Gender aside, that question doesn’t have enough context for even a meaningful answer just for sex. Some athletic oversight in the past has used hormone levels to determine sex. Others have used xy vs. xx chromosomes. Biologists could use testes vs. ovaries, while a more “common sense” approach might be to look at the external reproductive organs. That’s just for physical characteristics and we haven’t even started on social definitions of male and female.

You’re trying to boil this down to a simple question, but that’s not going to work.

Is wearing a skirt male or female? Now examine that answer in different cultures and time periods. If the answer changes, that is evidence that gender changes depending on social pressure. The physical characteristics are always the same though, so they must be different.

we are garbage at psychology.

I hate to be a contrarian but the argument of, “If it has XY chromosomes it is not female,” has been proven not universally true in all cases.

There’s a fairly small portion of cases where this is not true and often times it goes undetected, and some cases of this not being true come along with fertility and XY people having babies.

So, if someone said they are male… what does that mean? Does it mean they have male sex organs? Does it mean they just like to wear male clothes?

Someone says “I am male” what does that mean?

Why do you care so much about what is between someone’s legs?

yes they made it unreportable by hiding this tread

I understand being gay as being gay is being attracted to people of the same sex, it makes sense. But transgenderism is so complex because it has to do with “gender identify” and “biological gender” which conflict with each other.

What article of clothing a person wears has ZERO to do with whether they are male or female. Your gender is irrevocably carved into your very cells from the moment of your conception and there is NOTHING anyone can do to change that.

If you’re a man who wants to live as a woman, that’s one thing. But to say you ARE a woman, that’s something else. And that’s what many trans folks (not all) actually do say, and it’s a lie. It has always been a lie, and it will always be a lie.

I just hope Apple fully embraces diversity and gets rid of the white male emojis.

Determines your sex, not your gender :kissing_closed_eyes:

That’s flat-out wrong. The trans position is that you are what you identify with. You’re not. You are what your chromosomes and DNA say you are.

In what context are they making this statement?

Does anyone really use that term at all?

Don’t people say they’re a man or a guy?

Like the only time I see someone use the word female is medical/academic or in incel and TERF circles.

The only time I see male used outside of medical/academic is on TERF circles being applied to trans women.

Whenever possible I only use black emojis :fist:t6:. Tends to win me more privilege from the “Emily’s” online
