Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle / SELFIE - Able to Solo?

Has anyone gone back recently as a returning player and completed the content to obtain the Bird Whistle and SELFIE Background Filters solo? Is it even still possible to obtain?

I’ve read the guides to do these, but none of the guides I’ve read were current to today’s content.

I solo’d the Bird Whistle about 6 months ago without any issues. I couldn’t say about the Selfie stuff, but unless there’s stuff that physically requires more than one player, I don’t see the mobs themselves being an issue.
