Tranquilizer Shot: What magic does it remove?

I can’t find a current list of magic effects that Tranquilizing Shot can remove in PvP/Arenas. Does anyone have one?

Anything that isn’t Ice Block and Divine Shield and is labeled as “Magic” on the icon. However, which thing it removes is usually random. I personally wish it would remove 2 random Magic buffs and also pierce Ice Block and Divine Shield, since those abilities give Mages and Paladins ridiculous advantages against Hunters in a 1v1 and Arena.
