Tranquil Pools aided: reached 100% in aiding the tranquil pools, and the tracker confirms that I have completed it, but I haven’t received experience nor the reward.

edit: logging out/back in solved the problem for me
Same here just finished it and no loot or exp popped up this was the bonus event as well.
