In raids it seems fine, I almost always have time to use this. There were a few fights last season where it was annoying, but I managed.
M+ was a different story… there was just too many things that forced me to move. This season is more of the same.
It’s a bummer having one of your major healing CDs be kinda useless because it’s tough to find 8 seconds to stand still on a fight while damage is going out.
They should change Dreamstate so that you can cast it while moving so you can choose between that and reduced CD + knockback immunity.
