The NPC to pick up the Training in Bastion calling in the Night Fae Sanctum is not showing up correctly. I have confirmed that Lord Herne is showing up for other players near the mission table as he is supposed to. However he is about 80 yards away for me from where other people are seeing him but he is not offering any quests.

I’m having the same problem. Tried reloading and exiting game to no avail.

Same for me. Still not fixed after multiple reloads, log outs and system reboots. Quest is bugged.
I think I figured this one out. Lord Herne is in a different position when you have the quest to go find Kivarr but once you find Kivarr, he will appear in two spaces – both near the quest NPCs and over where he is when you pick up/turn in the quests. That second version will let you pick up and turn in the calling quest.
