Title kind of says it all. We could really use some training dummies in the city to work on Rotations and Builds.

But that would keep people from going out and killing mobs. Adding the training dummy would encourage people to just hang out in sw / org and contribute to the world getting empty.
On top of that, people would just use that for weapon skillups.
You can’t use training dummies to up wep skill…also testing damage rotations doesn’t draw that many people into the world over other activities such as wPvP, farming, etc.
I wouldn’t mind training dummies to test stuff out. Mobs die to fast in open world for good testing.
