I have completed the Magic Message quest but can’t seem to find the Trail of Echoes quest from Khadgar. I’ve looked in Dalaran, New Dalaran and Suramar and can’t seem to pick up the trail to progress in the Nightborne race unlock achievement questlline. Please help!

I’m seeing the same issues, can’t find any other answers. Hopefully Blizz will address this at some point.
