Usually we get 500 Trader’s Tender monthly from the chest at the start of the month mines not showin up

I’m having the same problem. cannot interact with the cache/chest at the trader’s post for the monthly tender. is there a limit or cap to tender? maybe cannot receive any if it puts you over the cap? just brain-stormin.
This happened to me in November and December, both times it was in the chest when I logged back into the game a few hours later, so it eventually did show up. At the time, relogging and swapping characters did not work. For whatever reason it didn’t happen to me this month, so I’m not sure what causes the bug to appear. I have been online at the time of reset all three months, which is why I always made sure to relog first to see if it would trigger the tenders to appear.

Also having this issue. Got 1k points for the journal and when I went to loot chest I got 500 and the bonus item but not the other 500. Not sure if it gave me the monthly 500 or the progress 500. I’ll guess it’s from the journal progress since some reporting no monthly 500. It will probably get fixed within the next few days like it always does though.
Having same issue now …none of my characters so far I have tried 3 characters so far .
Me too. I did earn the first tier 100 tender and looted that from the chest.
Just checked it again, and I got the 500 tender just as you said.

I contacted CSBlizzard on Twitter and all they would say is check back later ..some players have gotten it to work …silly dang answer to me…its the first day and been checking all day long and still can’t get the first 500 I am suppose to get.
Quick, everyone say me too so they give us 500 more.
