Customer Support has zero involvement with the direction of the game. You’ll want to post this suggestion in General Discussion or by using the in-game suggestion tool.

  • Using the in-game “Submit Feedback” option that is found on the Support menu.
    1. Press the Esc key to open the Game Menu, and click Support.
    2. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
    3. Click Submit a suggestion.
    4. Follow the guidelines on the submission form, and enter your suggestion.
    5. Click Submit.

THis is better off in general as the CS forums is a blackhole for suggestions feedback and bugs u can also use the ingame suggestion feature.

when it was in the trading post 2 junes ago i was in the hospital for my chemo and couldn’t log in to get it :frowning:

Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. But fair enough, this item came out like 3 times. I’m sure it’ll work it’s way back at some point. They’ve been slowly rolling out TGC items and whatnot.

How long was that chemo? I’ve never know anyone that had to go through a single treatment of more than 8 hours, then they go home for a few days.

They do. How much? Idk.

I only know they do read these forums and they do respond via action.

Not for everything though. There are a lot of goofy requests that show up on these forums.
For those and the impractical ones, it’s not going to happen.

But asking for an item to return to the TP, that’s not goofy or impractical.
Might take a bit to happen, though.

When the family member I was a caregiver for had their chemo treatments, they only lasted around six hours. However then they would spend the next three days in bed mostly sleeping, and the next three days after that listless and unable to do much more than watch TV. Then they’d go in and do it all over again.

Being sick, really sick, kills your ability to do things that technically you’re physically capable of doing, like logging into WoW. The mental effort involved becomes so intimidating that you just don’t even try.

I’m sure grabbing a trading post item during a battle with cancer was at the forefront of OPs mind.

I see. I guess I misinterpreted your question. My apologies.

Chemo’s usually done on an outpatient basis, but I’ve heard of people having it during long-term hospital stays when their cancer is causing issues that require that level of full-time care.
