I’m not bothered by what’s on the trading post, I’m bothered by what’s not on the trading post.
It doesn’t have to be one or the other. You can have the frilly silly nonsense, and also put some actual kickass traditional fantasy armor/mounts on it at the same time.

Even setting aside that medieval fantasy allows for some liberties like the walking talking cows, the game hasn’t been medieval fantasy since forever.
Warcraft 2 had gryocopter and submarines. Warcraft 3 doubled down on it with the dwarven, gnomish, and goblin units. They’ve been pushing steampunk for a very, very long time.
and that’s not even getting into the Protoss Draenei and everything they do.

? People have hated the rewards for months. I get you’re sarcastically trolling, but don’t act like people are just upset about this month. The trading post has been in severe decline. We got cool stuff like the Erran Crusader’s helm and not much like that has been released since.

Be careful what you wish for, they might start breaking the ensemble sets into individual pieces for more tender per piece so there are “more options” on the store lol.

During antiquity the Greeks used makeshift gas masks. During the 4th Century BC the Chinese used petroleum as fuel, and so on. Space travel in the Warcraft Universe relies on magic, not NSDAP-affiliated Scientists, etc.

Okay? Goblins and Gnomes have invented far crazier and less realistic things then waterguns in WoW so like if anything it’s tame
