Trading Post took all my coins and didnt give me the mount I bought.
I got a server error, Relogged, same thing. Waited an hour came back, Trading Post coins taken from me but no mount, its still sitting in the shop!
So is there no way to actually make a ticket to get help?

Same happened to me i bought the goat and the brick skirt and didnt get either one it had a message server was busy and items would be given later but they were not i did a bug report and a ticket i was told there was no reported issues with the trading post i only had enough coin left to re buy the skirt so I’ve paid twice for that and once for a goat i never received .
