Completed the Traveler’s Log monthly requirement and no mount. Did not receive all of the Tender. Tried logging out and logging in. Still cannot interact with the chest. Logged out again and waited 15 min. Logged back in and my Travel Points are now reset to 0. Still can’t interact with the chest. I know I’m not the only one just logging my personal experience. I’ll do it twice if I get the promised rewards. Just seems broken.

Tried again and still no luck.
Same issue. Finished it last night, did not get the rewards. Logged out overnight and back in today to the progress reset and still no rewards.

I’m having the same problem as well, I completed it enough to get the mount and still no mount reward. 
Howdy folks - I likewise completed the Traveler’s Log last night and did not receive the mount Ash’Adar. I’m also not sure how much tender I should currently have. When the Trading Post opened this past Tuesday I did the initial quest for it and received a total of 1600 tender from clicking on the chest and then as I completed the tasks on the log no further tender was ever added. One of my friends DID receive the mount and told me it just appeared in her bags when she completed her Traveler’s Log. I logged out last night and went to bed hoping it would be in my bags this morning and to my surprise it wasn’t. I went to submit a ticket and saw that Blizzard had posted it was a known issue but did not give a time frame…
No rewards here as well - no mount and I’m still sitting on zero tenders. Can’t loot anything from the chest.
I’m having similar issues. Haven’t completed the log yet but I haven’t been able to interact with the chest after reaching the 2nd and 3rd milestones. For the 1st milestone, I wasn’t able to interact with the chest on the character I was on when it was reached, but I switched to this character and was able to open it on her. Switching characters no longer works (I’ve tried 3 today, including this one).

Came here looking for answers but seems like a lot of people have my same issue! So irritating Had complete it last night and didn’t get anything. Logged out for the night. Logged back in this morning and I’m back to 800/1000 lol
I did receive the mount in my mount collection tab automatically when I finished the log, however, I haven’t received any of the currency as I have been completing the quests in the traveler’s log. I should have at least another 1500 or more points to spend on the rest of the monthly items, but I have only been able to spend what I was given on day one and that was 1600 I started out with.
No mount for me either. Finished all the requirements and no mount.

I had the exact same problem with it resetting and not getting the mount
same issue here no mount only received 400 tokens.
Same issue no reward after completion of travelers log please fix so we can get our mounts

I’m having the issues can’t collect rewards because I can’t open chest
