Is anyone else having problems with the trading post? I went to purchase an item, it said there were server issues, it took my 150 tenders but didn’t give me the item.’
I waited awhile and tried to purchase a different staff for 150 tenders, this time it went through but the item is not in my inventory.
Anyone else having issues with the trading post?
The don’t give you items, the appearances are just added to your collection.
It’s not in my collection.
This happened to me before. It turned out what I thought was one item type turned out to be another.
I thought it was a staff or something like that and it turned out being a mace or an off-hand.
Check other types of armory and weapons. And I mean really scour your appearance page (as well as all armor and weapon types and check on all your different alts, not just the one you bought it on - some items are not across the board items).
So if it’s something like a mace or a polearm (even if it looks like a staff), you will only be able to see the appearance and use it on your characters that can use that particular kind of weapon or armor or off-hand.
It won’t be a universal thing in all of your toons’ appearance journal but only on those who can use those items.
It was the sunny floral staff and I bought it for this druid. It’s still on the vendor as if I didn’t purchase it, but my tenders are gone. I only have 75 tenders left and I should have 225.
Yeah I have the same issue - it even shows incorrect tender points in my case - it shows I have 2660 but in reality i only have 560, so Idk why it is showing that I have that much.
also, we’re suppose to get 650 from last month but I haven’t got credit for that, the whole Trading post is broken imo.
I’m not sure if it makes a difference if it’s two-handed or one-handed but check if that perhaps has something to do with it.
The second thing to do is give it some time. Yes, really. Sometimes it could be a bug that just takes time or a refresh / reload / log out and back in after some time to fix itself. This also happened to me before.
The items I think arrived the next day or something rather. But it did fix itself after logging out and back in the next day.
Short of that as well as the suggestions in my above posts, if none of these suggestions work, try putting in a report in the bugs forum.

The 650 currency from last month was the adventure log currency not actual tendies. Just 650 towards the 1000 you need to actually earn the 500 monthly tendies. I read it same as you at first and was greatly disappointed. 
The Trading Post was having seizures yesterday.
I started off with 12,510 tenders (yeah, I know, I mostly play vanilla).
I bought over 6000 tenders’ worth of items from the four sale Goblins in Dornogal who also take Trading Tenders (they’re standing in a row just down from the Trading Post).
I went back about an hour or two later, and my Trading tenders total amount still showed 12,510. I went back later that night, and my tenders still showed 12,510.
This morning, the Trading Post finally stopped wigging out, and my tenders total is now 5925. That’s likely what it should be, but it took a whole day to register my spending and get there.
All the stuff I bought is at the Transmogger, so it’s all good. But the Trading Post is shaky at best, lol. It’s probably because so many people are buying tons of stuff off the sale Goblins in Dornogal.
Besides the trading post even the shop is down, something is going on.

Did they change the amount of points you need to complete the bar? I thought it was 1000 before. Now 2000?
They changed the look or something and now am lost when look at the trading post.
