Trading Post Issue and Fix Underway

Same happened to me. Did you by chance use Peddlefeet’s hearthstone or complete a dated task? I did and got the reward notification right after. No mount in the reward chest.

Look on the bright side - if you switch over to WoW Classic, this problem should be resolved by the time the Dragonland Expansion appears.

Thank you for taking the time to fix it correctly (assuming it gets fixed properly) instead of just slamming out updates and hammering the tiny window that I actually get to play (mon-sat).

If you have to daisy chain updates back to back over consecutive days, please stagger the maintenance windows.

I’ve had that happen also on a alt. I logged in and out a few times and magically my progress bar filled up to max… and still can’t click on the chest. I guess one day I’ll get the mount… til then… there’s my tea.

Meant to post under this toon. Add me to the list of not receiving the mount, or tenders. Completed the bar yesterday, chest will not open. Checked last night and this morning, still not opening. I see on the forums that Blizzard is looking into a fix to resolve this. I hope that it happens sooner than later!

Still no update? What a fun game. If I’m lucky I might even be able to use that “feature” before my sub ends in 3 weeks. :partying_face:

Still no Ash’adar mount. Maybe Tomorrow after reset?

Thank you. Been telling ppl it’s a bug while others are trolling non stop. I’ll be waiting for the mount once complete.

Just completed my Traveler’s Log. Can’t loot the chest and didn’t get the mount or any tenders. And now my log has reset to 0/1000…

Understand that it’s a bug and they’re working to fix it, but it’s still disappointing when you put the effort in to get a reward you really want and then… nothing. And your progress is seemingly erased.

I hope we don’t lose progress. I did manage to get a screenshot of my 100% complete from the Trading Post log. Still cannot access the Collector’s Cache anymore since I already tried to collect and no mount was there. My ticket is still open.

Just lost all of my currency and progress.

Guys, calm down, don’t panic. They’re obviously aware of this and your progress won’t be lost.

Give them a chance.

No mount, and now ALL Of my sweet traders tendies are gone. Sad times :frowning:

2000 is the cap so far as I know.

  • 500 just for logging in
  • 500 for doing tasks and filling the bar
  • 500 one time bonus if you purchased Dragonflight
  • 500 one time quest reward when visiting the Trading Post for the first time

Is grammar being corrected too? Might want to create a QA/peer review process to review messages before posting or at the least read over your post…

Oh come on. I’m just as frustrated with all of the bugs and glitches in the game as anyone else, but people are humans. I’m sure you’ve NEVER made a simple typo in your life. :dracthyr_crylaugh:

You know I have sent things out before missing a word or incorrectly spelled in internal emails but this is a different situation. This is a person being paid to make posts on behalf of their company, making them a representative of said company and they should be held to some sort of professionalism. These issues also make your company look bad. Do you send out public communications for your company with poor grammar or misspelled words? Maybe they should design an edit button to correct issues like these…

Did you claim it in Twitch? If so, go check your Toys tab. Mine was there in a gift box but I didn’t get any notifications or anything.
