I clicked on the purchase for the Ensemble: Villager’s City Collection last week, it went into my transmogs, but when I checked today it was the Ensemble: Villager’s City Attire which is NOT what I bought last week.
The Attire set is ugly and obviously for male characters, I chose the dress version. That is 440 tenders I am out on something I did not buy! Why did they swap out what I bought with what I didn’t? Not happy about this.
I was hoping the transaction page would be more specific to what you purchased, but I was wrong, it only shows transmog or mount.
If you feel this is a bug, unfortunately Tech is not a development forum primarily, that would be Support > Bug Report , Community > General Discussion for feedback. It is for player discussion on install issues, crashes and latency.
I did look in game and each entry is a separate purchase, so I don’t believe they swapped one for the other. Sorry. If you can refund in game the other set, then I would do that. Unfortunately that is a time based system, much like the vendor purchase. The other should still be available for purchase, ow freeze it til next month.
