Hi - I have Dragonflight and I also did the quest that was supposed to award 500 of the trading post currency and received nothing ??
Idk if I’m supposed to open the chest but I have and it does literally nothing opens and closes? Like nothing.
I have 0 currency and I definitely think this is a bug or something what do I do, also the ticket opening is confusing is this reportable as a lack of item bug (it wants me to list what item I’m missing?) or is it a quest bug since the quest didn’t give me any reward.

No guarantee this will work for you guys, but I had this issue and tried logging off, waiting for a bit, then logging back on. I then interacted with the chest and it gave me the 500 tenders.

Mine told me I got the 500, but I never did.

My issue is similar to this. I maxed out yesterday, and bought a bunch of stuff, leaving me with 350. I just logged in and had the alert in the Adventure Guide saying I had rewards to pick up in Stormwind. Went there and looted the chest, which said it gave me 400, yet when I go to one of the traders and see what I can buy, it shows me only having 350.

I had the same issue yesterday. Today it popped up that I got 500 but talking to the vendor I didn’t actually receive it.

Many players have the same issue unfortunately.
0 currency, while others get too many. Trading post is still bugged. Add it to all the other bugs in this expansion (among other issues). Dragonflight wasn’t really fun so far.

This is still an issue into today … what was the extended maintenance for if a significant portion of players are experiencing a flop roll out of this feature like fr

i logged in today and should have had 1000 tender plus i opened the chest and got 500 more so i should have 1500. i went to buy something and it says i have zero tender. i too had issues trying to submit a bug ticket. they dont make it easy.

Yep this also the bug ticket system is like almost feels like they don’t want you to submit a ticket lol

At no point has the chest interaction worked correctly to collect currency. I have completed the monthly objectives and I am prompted to return to the chest so receive my mount, but again…the chest interaction is broken and NOTHING happens. As of now, I have no trading post currency and no mount.

I question if its worth still doing the objectives in the interim until a fix is implemented myself personally like I’m just in a state of confusion w the fact I have 0 currency and the chest is literally pointless for a large group of players

It says it gives you them but it doesn’t actually add them to your currency. This isn’t just happening with the chest but a lot of things that are supposed to award the currency aren’t working.

I have gotten 0 Tender. It says I have Tender to loot from the cache, but I open it and it does nothing. Super frustrating. I resubbed for this. Just gonna unsub since this is apparently broken.

I’ve never even seen a Tender, did the quest, own dragonflight, even finished the travelers log. Opened the Chest, no tenders no mount… nothing. I hoped the maintenance would fix it but it didn’t. My ticket about it says 4 days 10Hrs but that is constantly going up. Fun times!

i have the same problem, i change the character, try change faccion, clear cache, disable all addons, but the quest dont give me the currency, nothing in the chest and the journal is the same nothing, i cant obtain that currency

I also have the same issue. When I did the quest and opened everything, I ended up with 1500 coins (though I believe 1000 is the correct amount supposed to be obtainable.)
I logged in today and I now have 0. It doesn’t show up under my currency tab and I can’t interact with the chest.
I hope this can be resolved soon.
