I’ve recently bought the [Jeweled Copper Scarab] from the trading post after having it frozen from a previous month. I then purchased some of the clearance items from the other trading post vendors and decided I didn’t want the [Antoran Felspire].
I tried to refund the staff and the game clearly said I was refunding said staff but for some odd reason it chose to refund my scarab mount that was in my frozen slot. I didn’t buy it back right away because I thought the shop was bugging out so I logged off then back on and now my frozen slot is empty with no scarab mount in sight.
My scarab mount was clearly in the frozen slot before I logged out and now it’s gone.
The 2 game masters that answered my ticket had no power to fix it.
This game has robbed me of my trading post mount purchase and I want it back!
