I just collected the last 200 Trader’s Tender Tokens for the month and did not receive credit for them. This is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. I never did receive the tender from last month even after opening a ticket with support AND reporting a bug (both done in game). I’m really needing this tender in order to make a purchase by the end of the month.

I have had varying success getting my full run-up of tenders every month. Sometimes if I go to collect the first 100 reward, it works a charm, then if I go on a different character to collect the second 100 reward, it does the flash bang, but then there is no currency gain noted in the chat box.
This month, I went to collect the first “good boy” 500 on one character with no problem, then switched to an alt, collected the first 100 reward without a problem, the switched to a 2nd alt to do the next 200 tokens and it gave nothing, then for the last 200, I switched back to the previous alt, then got awarded 200 + 200. It was the full haul, true, but it breaks my head that it sometimes (only sometimes) does this.
Now to try to remember who I looted the first batch on to see if the chest is still glowing to loot.

I suspect that it is related to the paragon chest reward bug with DF and TWW factions, you can’t claim or even see that there is a reward available except on the alt that had the roll-over happen. Just had a random lucky moment being on the right alt to finally get my Council of Dornagal paragon chest a day or so back.
Now, like you, I am acing the chore of finding which alt was active when the same happened with Severed Threads 
I haven’t had a problem yet with it.
But in defense of that statement, although I have all my toons working to get the tokens, I only use ONE character to collect them and do any purchases.
