Had over 4000 tender and it’s all gone. Even looted 200 out of the box and it didn’t update, when i open the store it shows 0 as my balance.

I have exactly the same issue, I had about 5000+ and after todays update I have 0 left
Same problem here. I followed the steps in https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/333210 and the account page says I still have 740 trader’s tender, but when I go to the trading post it says I have none and I can’t buy anything.
I really don’t understand what’s going on either.
This week I still don’t have any but I’ve collected it from the box it just doesn’t update.
The amount listed on the account page is the correct amount. If the in game ui shows a different amount to the account page, its generally just a problem with the api and eventually resolves itself.
I am experiencing the same issue. Removing addons and restarting do not help.
How long is “eventually” going to take? I only have 9 days to buy some of the items I want.
I just gave up on it to be honest. even if i loot from the trader’s box my balance stays 0.
It’s been 12 days since i opened this post and still stuck with a 0 balance.
I received mine back with maintenance.

I just had an instance where my tender TEMPORARILY disappeared.
I had gotten afk logged out of a character and was back at the game login screen (not character select). I clicked reconnect, logged back into the same character as before, checked trader’s cart and noticed the currency prices were greyed out for me and that my shown balance was zero in both the shop pane and the character currency pane (don’t think it even showed it as a currency in the character currency pane). I had earlier today accidentally launched a second instance of the wow client logged into the same wow account and logged myself out of the first, it was that instance that I was using through this happening, having closed the first after I noticed it.
After completely closing the wow client and logging into another character I could confirm my balance was what it should have been. So there are clearly still issues with this though in my case it was transitory and resolved by simply closing and re-launching the game, maybe by changing characters, don’t know.
