wasnt there an experience debuff added in bfa to destroy power leveling? some type of fix for the cobalt method but still players selling 10-70 in “a few hours of afk”.

That is the purpose of the Trade Services channel. Though many still do reportable things there, of course. I do just recommend leaving. If you’re not boosting or wanting to be boosted, there’s nothing really there.
