Many of these players that are advertising are just making starter accounts so they cant get traced or if they get banned, they just make another account.

My thought on this, well, one way of reducing the number of these annoying messages is maybe the starter accounts should not be allowed to either write in the trade channel nor create their own groups, specially in group finder. Perhaps limit their chat possibilities to a whisper or a party.
