Tracking Firsts

Are there any known sites that will be tracking classic world firsts, such as first to 60 etc.?

Or first to crap your pants…

Hopefully we can get a sticky on these forums, like the guild progression threads in the realm forums of old.

No idea, but there likely will be.

I beat you.

I expect so, but without armory it will be trickier than retail. I suppose it will just be forum driven.

Grapes can become raisins. First off topic this thread! Yes, thank you I would like to thank all those that helped me get here.

There will probably be several categories for the race to 60. Obviously the first to hit 60 in Classic. Then there will be other who will go for the least time played. LOTS of work will go into rested XP and lots of farming on an alt for quest items that don’t require you to kill them yourself to pick up.

It’ll be more interesting to me to see what the /played will be for someone that goes full rested and plans waaaaaay ahead and gets help.

Another one to keep an eye on is the Iron Man Classic Challenge from https://wowchallenges.com/index.php?Show=IronClassic Some of the info hasn’t been updated and still shows things in the rules that aren’t applicable but I would LOVE to see how someone pulls it off.

Unless Blizz gives us a Classic armory, which would be awesome.

I’m afraid there won’t be though:
Q. Will there be an Armory for WoW Classic?
A. There was no Armory for World of Warcraft until the Burning Crusade. If you wanted to know more about a player’s gear before you invited them to your party, you had to meet them in the world and physically inspect them (and you couldn’t inspect players of the opposite faction until 2.4). You couldn’t see their spec or talent builds when you inspected them, either. To maintain that same dynamic, we won’t have an Armory or profile pages for WoW Classic at launch.
