Toy box needs to be fixed

  • Garrison Hearthstone hasn’t been working in a long time (keeps disconnecting the game and does not work nor teleport player to Garrison even upon disconnect)

  • Love Event toy missing from toy box

  • Market Tent toy also missing from toy box

I tried reloading, restarting the game, turning off all addons, using the toys outside in different areas where we can use toys, disabling all addons, checking toy criteria (i.e. collected / not collected, usable / not usable, etc).

Nothing is working. Please look into this. Toy box has been broken for a really long time and desperately needs to be fixed.

(And no, I’m not interested in forum smart-alecs replying and telling me it’s my fault or that it must be an issue or my end or working as intended or some other smart-alec comment. I’m just posting this here so that the devs can look into and hopefully fix these issues. The Garrison hearthstone has been broken for at least a couple of years or so).

Also, I’m not yelling at anyone and I’m not angry, nor am I trying to be rude or disrespectful. I’m not here to hand-hold or be someone’s personal support therapist either. I’m just posting a bug in the bug forums.

i use it frequently on various characters, and have never had an issue with it.

and you’re absolutely positive you’ve got no filters applied?

well… that’s exactly what you’re going to get.

It sounds like all of this is an issue on your end.

The first step would be to do a full UI reset.

I use the Garrison Hearth Toy several times a day, it’s my most used Hearthstone item. I’ve never encountered any problem with it. Does it break on just one character or all?

The Garrison Hearth only became a toy in mid 2023, so it definitely hasn’t been broken for years as you claim, at least not in it’s toy variant. But toy or not I’ve never encountered a problem and I think there would be lots more forum posts about it.

I do not have the other two toys but they do show up for me in the collection just not useable since I don’t have them.
