Overtuned during M+ that people can barely even heal it in a 13+ and it’s always hitting even when dodged and the damage is overtuned as hell
- Putrid skies on top of that makes this boss ridiculous.

My group has been trying to figure out this boss, and we are absolutely getting hit non stop (we had the entire group out of the toxic retch just to do science, with just the tank close enough to not get hit with putrid skies), and we’re still getting hit.

i think the bug is if you are closer to the boss than the tank on the worm it auto attacks you
Nah, we had only the tank in melee and just had our melee dps stand in range with us to perform an experiment, and we were still taking insane amounts of damage from toxic retch, with no one even near the puddles (except the tank, but they were not standing in the puddles).
On our final pull before we gave up, between my resto shaman, me on shadow priest with vampiric embrace, and our tank we were pulling >150k hps. I think that’s a little much for a +13 personally (especially considering it wasn’t enough to kill the boss).
You might be misunderstanding how toxic retch works. Everyone will always get the poison Dot put on them. The small puddle is the only thing that you can avoid and that’s what gets put in front of the boss.
