Its been a week and a long maintenance. Touch screen function is still broken. Game is mostly unplayable for deck PC users. We had one reply from customer service, and no other updates. Is this something that will be fixed at all? I feel extremely cheated right now as i paid for a year subscription and i can barely play the game right now.

Customer Support staff mentioned there was no ETA on the fix in the previous thread about this issue. Any updates will likely be posted over there:
Keep in mind that Customer Support members are not developers, and do not dictate the priorities for game fixes. Additionally, handhelds/touchscreens are not officially supported for WoW, though there are no rules against using them.

I’m with this guy. Definitely feeling cheated. Might cancel my reoccurring payment

Glad to see that I’m not the only one distraught over no longer being able to use my touch screen in WoW. I do hope they fix it soon.

Been using touchpads/touchscreens for 10+ years in wow and now they suddenly don’t work.

This feels a lot like if the side buttons on the mouse no longer work. Except not as many people seem to be bothered by the touch screen being unusable as they would for the mouse.

Maybe. I think it’s due to less people using a touchscreen for WoW because of the whole “not officially supported” stance.
Updates will likely come from the other thread I linked, if there are any.
