Touch of zanzil quest BUG

as a rogue i accidently ran to the top of the tower for the quest and picklocked the chest which gave me the debuff so i couldent stealth or get near the guard with the key for the chest

he cleansed the debuff and i got the key and finished that part of the quest but now im meant to have the debuff so Doc Mixilpixil can diagnos me but nothing happens cause i dont have the debuff

iv tried going back to the tower but u can only open that chest once it seems so now i cant progress my rogue quest line

any idea on what to do
please and thank you

Having the same problem. It would not let me accept treatment from Doc Mixilpixil and now I cannot complete any further Rogue quests.

Same here, someone dispelled my poison and now i cant cure myself.

Hi all,

the solution to this is to go into stealth and have a second party member attack the deformed drone so that you have an opportunity to pickpocket it.
