Touch of Weakness Quest unavailable

Dark Cleric Beryl is not giving the touch of weakness quest.

I’m a level 11 priest, done every other quest in Tirisfal.

Same with me, no quest with Beryl but I went to the Undercity and Aelthalyste next to the priest trainer has the quest for it!

Same here. Level 11. Quest maker shows up on the map, but he is not giving the quest.

Same here I can’t get touch of weakness quest for either trainer in Brill or UC

Beryl doesn’t have the quest, your addon is wrong. You can see on wowhead which trainers offer the quest.

Quest is given by Aelthalyste in UC. (48.9, 17.9)
