And I mean “fixed” as in neutered…

      • Fixed an issue that caused Touch of the Magi and Magi’s Spark to deal more damage than intended.

There goes being able to solo rare elites.

What works for me, for most rares, except those 40 to 80 million plus ones:

Evocation to get damage buff and clearcasting
Arcane Surge into Magi’s
Let loose the missiles and blasts
Once close to execute range, barrage.

Images with your mass barrier help take some of the heat off.

But, welcome to magehood. It’s a Rollercoaster of buffs and nerfs.
