Totemic - Wind Barrier

Cool to see a Pryduz come back for shamans in war within, but I would really prefer to see an “active” mitigation given that shaman already has several passive defensive options. I think it could be really cool to have a choice node against Wind Barrier that instead of passively triggering every 30 seconds, it instead triggered when stoneskin totem was placed.

This would not only offer a compelling choice between active and passive mitigation, but also provides some additional utility to stoneskin totem (which has been unused in PvE for the entirety of Dragonflight).

At least it is useful. Not something like earthshield get 3 more charges or when u crit ur target get slowed by 50%.

Any word on how STRONG the barrier is? The text isn’t clear, and a 5% of your health vs 40% of your health barrier makes a heck of a large difference.

The defensive node in the farseer tree is that Earth Shield gains three additional charges and heals for 25% more. I would prefer it over the defensive node in either the Stormbringer or Totemic tree.

The 50% slow (for three seconds) comes from a node in the Stormbringer tree and is procced by a nature spell crit. This might be situationally useful for ele, but for pve enhance it is completely useless and situationally detrimental.
