“Chain Heal now jumps to a nearby totem within 26 yards once it reaches its max targets, causing the totem to cast Chain Heal on an injured ally within 34 yards for x. Jumps to 2 nearby targets within 26 yards”.
It doesn’t seem to matter what the circumstances, this never, ever triggers for me.

Here is an example shot which seems like it fits the criteria, but nothing happens. I cast chain heal on 1, it bounces 2-5, the totem is circled, I am clearly missing HP, but no extra chain heal procs from my totem.
What am I missing about this node?
For enhance rebound is supposed to be a chance to happen.
Wonder if its a bug where chain heal is getting the ‘chance’ applied to it as well.
It never procs at all, under any circumstances, so if it is a chance it is an extraordinarily low one.
I’ve put a thread in the bug forum since neither this nor the general forum thread received any replies as such; I find it hard to believe other shaman’s haven’t noticed this since it’s a MASSIVE loss of throughput? I guess it’s not noticable in current content?
In theory, the totem cast chain heal should heal for about half of the value of a regular chain heal, and hits 3/5th of the targets. This means that under pretty normal circumstances chain heal is missing something like 30% of it’s overall throughput, smartly assigned to injured targets chosen after the initial chain heal resolves. That’s a MASSIVE amount of missing power.
The 11.0.5 ptr just recently went up, might be worth confirming if it still happens there and if so putting in a report through the ptr making note its a bug affecting live as well.
Still seemingly not working.
