Not sure if anyone else is seeing this problem, but after many instance runs, I have yet to see a single proc from this in Meta form? Or m I just unaware that it isn’t logged in details?
Could just be back luck. 1% chance is pretty miniscule, but i dont see why it wouldn’t do it at all.
Either way, the armor alone seems like a must for a Meta tank
