Per every report from Vanilla, this item’s equip effect was able to work in Bear Form, yet after numerous testing, it absolutely does not work this way in Classic.
Please investigate with your “reference client” and fix accordingly.
where do you see totem of infliction being unable to proc in bear form? i have a bear druid and also a totem of infliction that works with it
