Back when we had a lot more totems, I would keybind each of the 4 elements.
ASDF, each totem assigned to one element, and depending on the situation, I would Shift, control or alt modify that key to drop a different totem of that element.
Now there isn’t enough totems but if you modify every single key and mouse button, you should have plenty of hotkeys for retail.
