Well… since you’re clearly clueless as to Shamans…

We got totem projection so we could move our totems out of the way of Patrols instead of having to place them over and over again in order to move them.

Aren’t your blessings supposed to last half as long and cost twice as much? (On top of you getting pretty much your whole wrath Kit from P1)

Yeah can we just make my totems into floating orbs that follow me and emit a radius to effect all raid members for 10 minutes at a time, paladin style?

-doubling blessing durations does not provide tactical advantage like moving your totems does.

-Auras also only party

We don’t carry our totems around with us.

Nobody using MSW is using Lava Burst… (but we already knew you don’t play a Shaman.)

No, honestly, we don’t want it. It would make us lazy and get upset when skill is suddenly required and we’d come up short. (Hence of the FOTM shamans getting their **** pushed in in the BGs.)

maelstrom weapon for instant casts was absolutely introduced wotlk. tbc shamans were totem twisting for their phys groups.

Right, it’s not like Paladins are bursting people down in their HoJs… while also being able to become immune to heal themselves if it doesn’t go their way.

(And they made your crusader strike ignore armor and resistances…so that’s nice)

And you never have to place it. Trade-offs for the instant 30 yard range damage.
(I would kill to be able to run shamanistic rage rune…but if run it instead of WoE…I just melt.)

I’m already revered with AB and the FOTM shamans are dragging down the BGs, so no, I’ve not BG’d since testing Shammy rage rune couple days ago. (I did however do a LOT of wPvP yesterday helping my buddy get his warlock runes.)

you’re operating under the assumption that I’m arguing for ret, which I am not and am not playing.

I was actually was raiding on an ele sham for a good portion of wotlk if you’d like to look at my logs (Studlust - Faerlina). I wouldn’t argue moveable totems for wotlk iteration either when I was playing that.

It’s certainly one of the more fun uses for elemental. (Too many GCDs for Enhance to make use of)

It’s a nice perk that came with us being able to solve the totem range and PvE agro issue*. (Something Paladins didn’t have in the first place.)*
