You don’t get to change the meaning of words, mate. You have never once “literally” seen anyone banned for helping others. When you say things like this, you completely undermine your argument.
I’ve been trying to help you make your point correctly and bring more people to your side, but you’re not seeing it. It makes me suspect your own perspective is so skewed, I can’t legitimately take anything you say at face value.
A ban is NOT the same as a silence, squelch, or suspension no matter what perspective you use. Trying to claim such only makes you look like you don’t have any idea what you’re talking about.

I’d never report someone simply for swearing (unless it was part of abusing someone) because that’s pretty tame IMO, but just to be safe I don’t swear in-game. (I’ll admit to dropping an f-bomb when the love rocket dropped though.)
A slur and a curse word are not the same thing.
An epiphat or slur is a derogatory word used about a group of people Or person.
A curse word can be benign and not about anything at all. Sometimes it’s just an explative. They are considered taboo for no good reason at all.
This game does not treat both of these things as different. They are “punished” the same way. I am on the side of that being stupid but I don’t make the rules. Curse words hurt no one. slurs do. Curse words make people clutch their pearls. slurs make people harm themselves And spread hate. One doesn’t make sense to ban and the other does

Again I swear, on a server where its more accepted as general language. And even then its not “**** this” or “**** that” its “**** i am **** my bad”. If i got reported id serve my mute and be ok with the consequence of my action. Not run to GD because the voices in my head get to loud when i can’t expel them.
Nah we had this in the 90s with censorship it doesn’t last people get annoyed enough to stop it.

It doesn’t matter if you are silenced the first time around your next time around is squelched and silence.
Then it is a ban and silence.
