Feels doable with 20% rep gain and the emissary up… maybe if you’ve ground at least one character to Tortollan exalted have an achievement that gives an account wide +20% rep and keep the emissary up more? or even just remove one of the other emissaries to have it up permanently? Ankoan Waveblade/Shackled and Tortollan Seekers both arguably need the Emissary rep more than any other faction besides maybe Order of Embers.
Doesn’t help that the actual WQ are bugged to Azk-Kahet and back, anybody tried Cycle of Life lately? Skewed the camera so you can’t see the turtles coming and moves the crab at weird angles. And “Make Loh Go” DCs you and breaks the NPC on initiation.
