With someone who has multiple alts, I’m seeing a pattern with the turn ins, but it might just be my imagination as the actual loot may be totally random. What I’m seeing is where you turn in either in Zuldazar or Stormsong Valley, looks like it makes a big difference on which items you can receive. For example there are 2 rings I’ve noticed seem to be zone-centric, Seal of Dath’Ramar Crit/Haste Ring seems to come from Zuldazar, while Ornate Elun’dris Crit/Haste Ring comes from Stormsong Valley.
Now the problem is I don’t have enough characters to see if this is true or maybe each zone leans toward specific items more than others. It could all be a coincidence that my characters are getting them in a specific zone turn in, someone else could very well get Seal of Dath’Ramar from Stormsong Valley turn in. I dunno, I just happen to be seeing it this way and if true may help in semi-controlling what loot you do get without getting a duplicate of what you have.
It would help if others could post what items they got from their Tortollan Emissary and which zone they turned it in, Zuldazar or Stormsong Valley. I want to see if there’s any actual pattern or higher frequency of which loot you may/could/might receive based on where you hand it in.
I have completed the emissary quest 7 times (I think), turned 6/7 at Zuldazar and 1 (horde) at Stormsong Valley. The rewards were all pretty random, I got:
2 380 crit/mastery ring (Zuldazar)
2 370 crit/haste ring (Zuldazar)
1 agility haste on use trinket (Zuldazar)
1 str chance to increase versatility trinket (Zuldazar)
1 agi chance to increase crit trinket (Stormsong Valley)
It’s the specific names though of which one did you receive? There’s a possible of 4 rings, 2 of which are both Crit/Haste as I used in my example. Having the exact name is crucial for this count to work. There’s also 2 possible Intellect, 2 Strength, and 3 Agility trinkets.
