I think they would definitely have a defense or armor buff. Maybe call it armored shell.
Hm⌠Spells have their cool downs reduced by ____. Could just be called Scrollsage. xD Or alternatively, Spellsage.
And then maybe another that gives them extra loot when looting creatures, bosses, chests, etc. Perhaps an increased chance to get rare items. Just call it Treasure/Artifact Hunter.

They always seem pretty clueless anytime I interact with one. 
I like all the ones you suggested but this one I like best.

Hey man, no one blames you. Those quests get a little repetitive, you know? Pretty sure all of us sometimes just⌠Really wish sheâd stop with the turtlesâŚ
Still, Tortollan would be a nice addition to either the Horde or Alliance.
