Tortollan are a mysterious race of wisdom turtles with ancient knowledge, they value stories and knowledge above all else, we also know they were in the war of the ancients and can fight.
They side with whoever offers them artifact, tales, knowledge. So they are the perfect race for pandarens to recruit to each faction. They also have been added to pandaren Holidays and celebrate the Wandererâs festival with is a joy to pandas and turtles.
I wanted a Tortollan druid or shaman ever since their hearthstone reveal, I knew they would be added to the next xpac (BFA). We even get a baby one as a battlepet, and a rep for them. It feels like they really have a bigger tale to play in WoW, they were warriors in the war of the ancients, there are old and baby ones, where are all the ones with ages in between?
With the transmog options moving more and more towards invisible pieces it seems very likely that we could see races where some transmog slots are just unavailable. That and having the animations in place could allow for a huge amount of races to become playable.
No, absolutely NO. Tortollans are the most obnoxious, annoying, and unfunny race to be added to WoW. Not only that but they canât wear armor, so no they arenât happening. Not ever.
They have males and females, kids models, different customization options, some have armor pieces. They can wield weapons. They could work. Although theyâd probably join the horde because; Blizz has said no more neutral races and they know the Zandalari very closely apparently.
Might be because Turtles with wisdom and ancient knowledge comes from the same Chinese mythology as anthropomorphic pandas who embody the people and the culture of them.
You know that while cutting and perforating force are mitigated by a shell, fire resistance as cold resistance, as well as blunt force resistance and agility are seriously impaired by it.
