Torrential Fragments are another example of why this game has gone to crap. The devs are so lazy the recycle content and lock things behind a .002% drop rate instead of making actual real content.

I’ma be honest. I didn’t have anywhere near the same difficulty getting these fragments as compared to the shards for the Alunira mount. I think I managed to get all 7 of my shards within about 4-5 hours of total playtime and half that time I wasn’t even deliberately farming it.
But yes, RNG is gonna RNG. So I sympathise with the frustration. My only advice is to get it done now whilst there are still plenty of farming groups up.
Conversely, the Alunira farm took me about 8k kills over the course of multiple weeks and dozens of hours of playtime.
So dont farm them then. Nobody is making you

yeah I already have half mine and Ive just done the ring /gem quests on 3 characters
Are they BoA or BoP? If they’re BoA, then the grind can be cheesed pretty easily. But if they’re BoP…
This isn’t even the grindiest mount this expansion. It’s roughly cinder-bee tier.
