For some reason, starting today, I don’t see this event spawning when it normally does (1 minute past the odd hour).
There was someone in my guild earlier who had it up, i assumed my Phase / shard was broken?
did a few dungeons, came back and tried again, same thing - No Zone announcement, no map pin, nothing.

Was hoping i’d find one in the group finder instead to phase to… nothing Just had to miss out on my hand mount chance today.
Mine have not been on the hour, usually a few minutes or so past. I don’t believe I had announcements, but the icon showed on the map 1 minute before. Did one ever show up for you?
The 5am EST tormenters event was MIA. Got the zone-wide shout but no event. Joined a torments group and they had same issue.
Yeah, up until yesterday, they spawned the icon and the zone wide announcement at X:01 every 2 hours - i’ve done them like 15 times

Just ran into this issue today just now.
In the maw before 5:00 EDT. 5:01 came and went and here I am 11 minutes later and it never started.
My other 4 characters were able to get it done yesterday and today right on schedule.
Some kind of bug stopping it from beginning sometimes?
Looked for the event Monday the 19th morning between 2am-5am EST on Zul’Jin and was there at the top of the hour, every hour for 15 minutes passed the hour, and it didn’t spawn once.
