Event shows up on Maw map, but event never begins. I waited around for about 40 minutes from about 2:30 to 3:15. Logged off and back on, as well as leaving the event area and re-entering. Nothing started event.

yep, its bugged for me too
Replying to add a +1 to this bug. The game will send the emote information about the Jailer’s forces arriving at the designated location, and the game will even spawn the Lieutenants for the event, but the game never actually registers players as being involved in the event - the progress bar does not show up for anyone I’ve spoken to, and killing mobs in the area never results in the actual Tormentor being spawned.
