no longer starting the event, adds no longer spawning for the event. Icon for the event is still staying on the map.

Commenting to hopefully push this further up. The Maw events have been broken since the pre-patch dropped weeks ago. 
The Hunt is also broken and never starts. Very frustrating that it’s gone on this long without even acknowledgement.
this event is more than bugged, event is broken, nothing happening
i have been at this event today, and several times during prepatch when the icon has a timer showing the event will start in a few minutes. alot of other players there too, timer is done, should start? on some locations nothing happens, other locations you may get a yellow dots for some non boss elites so we kill them, the main random bosses never appear
i did this event on target farm years ago to get the mount using many players, i have the mount, but interested in another achievement.
after a couple of weeks now i realized this issue maybe is not getting reported
Still an issue as of today. A fix would be nice for old achieve and what not.

Came here to report the same bug! Has been broken for several months now + the achievement tied to this is impossible to progress on

Still bugged as of January 2025, see the lieutenants, but no event starts. Even after killing the lieutenants (without the event starting) does nothing. Still see the icon for the event on the map but no joy.
Still bugged as of 3/30/2025. Very frustrated.

- no progress bar
- bosses do not spawn after you kill the three elite groups
- friend switched to WM on prior to the event, still broken
