Torglluun, the maw rare, was absent in my rift status/phase

I checked videos on killing Torglluun, but when I did it myself, Torglluun was not present at Maw (28,25), wasting my riftkey. I think it’s a bug.

If it’s not a bug but because of respawn timer, then I don’t agree with the design, since I don’t know whether it’s respawned or not, before I enter rift status and go there.

Please fix it. Thank you.

Had exactly the same thing happen. I don’t know if I’m just supposed to wait here, even though i only have 5 minutes left on my rift, or if it’s straight up bugged.
