Why are the Torghast wings not on a set rotation? I mean a linear set rotation. Legendary recipes drop from specific wings, but I missed grinding on the first round of soul forges for my vengeance legendary recipe. I had assumed that soul forges would become available this reset since it was the first one and we have now had a full rotation of all the wings. I log in today and its fracture chambers? Why is this the case? I could understand if you could obtain ALL Torghast legendary recipes from any wing, but tying them to specific wings then making the rotation random seems like an oversight. I fail to see the benefit in this design choice. If it has to do with keeping it from being āstaleā, thats a non-sequitur considering that the floors and bosses are random to counter this exact āissueā. Maybe Iām missing some perceived benefit that isnāt obvious but i fail to come up with a pragmatic reasoning behind it.
Edit: So once again Soul Forges has not returned since week 1. This is an atrocious design flaw with a system that has the potential to provide a class up to 10% additional power through legendary acquisition. Thank you for once again proving your incompetence.

I agree. The rotation of wings each week should be set, and not apparently random. It would be easier to plan ahead, especially if you wanted to gear an alt in the coming weeks. Waiting each week to see which wing is up, just feels bad. Even world bosses are on a set rotation.
Agreed, this is a wierd design choice with no obvious benefit.

No soulforges againā¦ this is some dumb s***ā¦ another week where i cant pvp on my feral cuz im missing his BiS lego due to random rotation of wingsā¦ truly a dumb design decision to not make them a set rotationā¦ i already waited 4 full weeks now i guess i have to wait for RNG gods to provide me with the one f***ing wing i need on my toon

This is actually stupid that I have to wait on an RNG rotation for a legendary I want. Coldheart was literally up the week before last with soulforges not returning since week one. There is no reason for thisā¦

This is genuinely a horrendous design choice. Are we to wait each week and hope that the wing we need for our best legendaries is available? This is the beginning of Legion all over againā¦

Itās crazy because some classes orās specās can buy them from PVP vendors or have the memory drop in a dungeon that they can continue running. I missed the wing I need on my warlock because I was planning on playing rogue but then they gut the rogue so I wasted all my time. And I missed the opportunity to get my warlock legendary because I donāt have so much time where I can figure out two characters. This is turning out to be a super bad experience. Memory shouldnāt drop from Targhast. If one person can get theirs from a vendor everyone should be able to get theirs from a vendor

@Blozzard, thanks for RNG gating the only viable arena aff warlock legendary behind Torghast. We all love the fact that we canāt play competitively if we missed the one week it was available. You know, making the rooms RNG really spices the game up.
I canāt wait to log on every week to play a different variation of the same thing.
I can see why you donāt allow players to choose a wing each week, it would make the game more enjoyable which is out of the question.
Amazing game design, 10/10.

Oh hey this post is still super relevant still because we know we have people that will have to have waited a month for skoldus hall to come back up since it didnāt rotate today. Honestly the the combination of how powers drop from Torghast and how they donāt actually rotate is the worst part of Shadowlands so far. Actually stunningly incompetent that anyone designed this system this way and then called it good.

Let people access ALL wings at ALL times, also - make the cosmetic farm side less stupidā¦ the droprates are horrendousā¦
The key content they add this expansion that so many praised, where we heard āWeāre listening and communicatingā, everyone said it was great with them being open, having repeatable farm choice etc - and they manage to make it into a bad thing anyway by just flipping the table and replacing what was good with some MAU-mindset.

Throwing my hat in the ring to say how frustrating this is. Started leveling a druid a few weeks into the expansion and was looking forward to getting my legendary this week only to find out itās not happening and who knows when it will happen. I wouldāve leveled a druid from the start if the game didnāt crash every time I tried logging in so I got stuck with a DH thatās nerfed to hell (been away from the game for a while and a friend recommended this class only to find out tanking with them is hard and their dps is subpar). I want to say Iām liking this expansion but there are so many things like torghast that are really leaving a negative impression.
